Who are we?
Mama Ghanoush Food Catering Company began as a humble idea in 2018 at home, with a love of cooking for the masses. Based in Melbourne, Australia, and after a huge amount of effort, determination, and many sleepless nights, our aspirations and ideas grew into what became a successful catering company.
As time passed, our journey evolved, and while catering was the beginning of our story, it also led us to discover a new passion: Dubai-style chocolate. Using only the finest premium Swiss chocolate, we carefully melt, temper, and craft it into our signature creations, blending artistry, indulgence, and Middle Eastern heritage.
This passion grew into Cocoa Couture, where we now dedicate ourselves to curating and handcrafting chocolate that celebrates tradition in a modern, luxurious way. From our family to yours, we can’t wait to share what we’ve created.
We are also proud to be the exclusive distributor and supplier of the famous Jordanian dessert shop, Habibah Sweets.

Started by two Syrian sisters now living in Melbourne, Australia, Mama Ganoush has been cooking authentic homemade meals since 2018.
The duo has worked hard and diligently to follow their new professional path, inspired by their enthusiasm for food and cooking!

We offer catering services for any event of any size. Mama Ganoush provides authentic homemade Middle-Eastern and Mediterranean meals + treats. We also offer event set-up services to create an unforgettable, traditional ambience.
