Who are we?

Mama Ghanoush Food Catering Company started as a humble idea in 2018 at home by two sisters of Syrian heritage, with a love of cooking for the masses. We currently live and work in Melbourne, Australia and after a huge amount of effort, determination and many, many sleepless nights, our aspirations and ideas grew into what is now an established catering company. We are still dedicated on advancing and developing new ideas, with a focus on celebrating food from all over the Middle East in our catering menu & products, with a nod to our traditional heritage.
